A complex ternary man-machine-environment transport system was evaluated for operation quality basing on changes of system features. The features include the efficiency of operators and controlled technical objects as well as an effect of the environment. The operation was found the most important factor as far as concerns safety, efficiency, reliability and economics of the operated system. For construction of an evaluation model, the n-dimensional quality vector was used according to the fuzzy set theory. Values of the system features were assumed as fuzzy digits. As the approach result, the quality vectors were described in relation to the fuzzy sets.
