A scanning, dual polarization, 3-mm radiometer has been built for use on a small aircraft to produce real-time high angular resolution images of the ground during atmospheric conditions (smoke, dust, and clouds) in which IR and visual sensors are not usable. The preliminary mm-wave images from the first test flights and analysis will be presented.
