The output constraints of the disturbed overhead crane bridge can be ensured under the designed control laws such that the vibration and rotation of the trolley are within the given bounds. With control, the vibration and rotation of the bridge beam can be effectively suppressed. The stability of the closed-loop system is proved using the Lyapunov’s direct method.
