Logistics and transportation route planning is crucial in snowy winter weather conditions. In this paper, we study the path planning of postal logistics transportation in Urumqi County in snowy days, firstly, we establish the optimization model with the objective of shortest time, which covers the path impedance, the speed of the graded highway and the mileage of the different graded highway, and secondly, we solve the model according to the dynamic planning method, and the simulation verification based on MATLAB shows that the obtained scheme can effectively reduce the logistics transportation by the interference of abnormal weather, reduce the transportation time, and improve the efficiency and reliability of logistics transportation, which is a reference for the transportation decision-making under other abnormal weather conditions. The efficiency and reliability of logistics transportation can provide reference for postal logistics transportation decision-making in other abnormal weather.
