The full-bridge LLC resonant converter can realize soft switching in the full load range, and is widely used in various fields such as rail transit, aerospace, and power communications. However, there are few studies on the optimization of resonance parameters, especially for high-power applications. In this paper, the basic principle and working characteristics of LLC converter are studied, and the specific parameter design method is given. Firstly, the topology and operational principles of the full-bridge LLC resonant converter are analyzed. Secondly, the constraints of key resonant parameters are discussed. The resonant capacitance and resonant inductor need to meet the constraints of resonant frequency and manufacturing process, and the excitation inductor needs to meet the constraints of zero-voltage switching. Finally, the rationality of the proposed design scheme is verified by simulation. Stable target voltage gain can be achieved under the condition of full load range. At the same time, the zero-voltage turn-on of the switches and the zero-current turn-off of the rectifier diodes are realized.
