Rigid suspension catenary has been widely used in subway lines due to its small space occupation, easy maintenance, safety and reliability advantages. During the operation of subway vehicles, power is supplied through the sliding contact between the pantograph on the roof of the vehicle and the rigid catenary. Due to the influence of special components such as intermediate joints and anchor section joints in the contact wire line, sudden changes in contact force are prone to occur, directly affecting the current collection quality between the pantograph and the catenary and impacting the stable operation of the train. Therefore, in order to explore the variation of contact force between pantograph and catenary under the influence of special components such as intermediate joints and anchor section joints, this paper first establish a comprehensive rigid suspension pantograph-catenary coupling simulation model for the entire line. Secondly, the influence of factors such as span, pantograph head mass, spring stiffness, wheel-rail disturbance, etc., on contact force is analyzed. Finally, using sensitivity analysis, the quantitative relationship between each parameter and contact force is analyzed. It is concluded that the stiffness of the pantograph head spring and the mass of the pantograph head have a significant impact on contact force. The research in this paper provides theoretical support for further improvement of the current collection quality between the pantograph and the catenary, and optimization of the catenary structure.
