In the subway line system, to avoid congestion in stations and equalize the average waiting time in each station, this paper constructs a bi-objective nonlinear programming model, so as to minimize the average passenger waiting time on the subway line system and maximize the equilibrium among the average waiting time at each station. To solve the problem, we converted the above model into a single-objective linear programming model by transforming the equilibrium objective to a constraint within the acceptable equalized fluctuant range. Finally, the model is applied in the Batong subway line. The results show that the equilibrium of the average waiting time at each station has improved significantly under the situation of the average passenger waiting time on the subway line system only increases the percentage of 1.45%.
