When we want to use a complete failure prediction and health management system, we need to apply the sensor to obtain large amounts of data. If the original data directly transmitted to the terminal without processed, the bandwidth of data channel and the performance of the processor is a big challenge. This paper mainly designs a board that can be used for edge computing based on Zynq. The edge calculation can be carried out on the board to share the pressure of the master terminal. In this paper, the hardware design part of the board is introduced. There are the function of data acquisition, communication and storage on this board. Ans the theoretical derivation and experiment are carried out by using the radiator condition monitoring method as an example of edge calculation in this paper.
