In this paper, based on the six-axis inertial measurement unit, the driving behavior data of 30 drivers on a certain bus line were collected for a period of 46 days, and the driving road conditions and working conditions were identified in units of trips. The Mann-Whitney U rank sum test method is used to test 20 features in turn to discuss the driving behavior that affects energy consumption under different road conditions and working conditions. The results show that the features of driving behaviors with significant differences in energy consumption under different road conditions and working conditions are different (such as the upper quartile of acceleration, the mean value of angular velocity difference), and with the increase of intense driving behaviors during the rush hour, the differences of some driving behavior features in different energy consumption levels are more obvious. In addition, based on the analysis results of different road conditions, working conditions and time periods, this paper puts forward corresponding energy-saving driving suggestions for driving behavior factors that affect energy consumption. For example, the driver should try to keep the average acceleration less than 1.42 m/s2 when accelerating to start and decelerating to stop, so as to keep energy consumption low.
