Greater reliability in aircraft can be achieved through the recording in flight of responses of the various airborne systems. An airborne multi-parameter recording system is described. Data is obtained by airborne instrumentation detecting changes in electrical, structure, mechanical, and engine parameters; it is recorded in analog or digital form; and it is analyzed to determine equipment and aircraft performance. Examples are cited.
