In this article, the structure, working principle and using method of a new fuel-saving carburetor is described. The carburetor can use blendings of alcohol fuel, water or methanol-water mixture. Some defects in other blending methods are effectively removed. The blending method is a excellent method in today's blending substitution fuels in gasoline engine.
