This paper discusses the power requirements for tracked military vehicles under quasi-combat mobility operations. Mobility requirements were broken down into two categories -- “battlefield day” and “cruising (or convoy) range.” Instrumentation plans, testing procedures, and results determining power requirements are presented and evaluated under varying conditions.
