The present C IV H-R diagram and the Dividing Line are shown along with the present X-ray H-R diagram updated from that of Haisch and Simon (1982). Seven hybrid stars identified in the C IV diagram are shown and discussed. Only four of these lie to the right of the dividing line. In X-rays, two hybrid stars lie to the right, but both of these coronal 'detections' are ambivalent. A new hot-loop/cool-loop dichotomy is proposed to explain the dividing line.
