This report describes a proposed experimental program of instruction for Army undergraduate flight training. The program was designed to capitalize on the advanced training features of Device 2B24, the first subsystem of the Army's Synthetic Flight Training System (SFTS). In the proposed program, the device, which simulated the UH-1 helicopter, would be used as one of the Army's primary flight training vehicles. Training material and notes on program administration are described. The report also includes a discussion of the present status of the automated training program feature of Device 2B24.
