Planned operational phases linked to the SIGNE 3 satellite, together the structural design and telemetric equipment, are described. The satellite is to be launched by the USSR; thereafter the responsibilities will be assumed by French experts monitoring orbital flight, and starting and controlling experiments. A brief summary of the mission's objective is first given, then the system resources, i.e., satellite and ground resources are succinctly described. (Author)
