Documentation is submitted in support of various claims concerning the ability of brakes installed in the JB3 brake system, when heated to 600F, to function properly with little or no reduction in efficacy; that the test was a meaningful demonstration of the vehicle's brake's ability to resist excess heat caused by operating the truck under actual driving conditions; that the performance of the brakes on the Chevy Cheyenne will not be significantly reduced by temperatures up to 600F is an extreme degree of temperature not frequently caused by driving conditions.
