This memorandum presents information describing the effects of the project on the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Facilities and a proposed relocation plan, including costs, justification and design criteria, which would provide appropriate and reasonable compensation to the railroad. This report is submitted for approval of the relocation plan to serve as a basis for subsequent contract negotiations, detailed plans and specifications, and ultimate construction. A detailed study was made and a solution is proposed for the problem created where the proposed tailrace canal sever the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad track at Mile Post A-347.96 (centerline canal approximately 211.2 feet north of MP A-348).
