The report presents the study plan for the evaluation of three high occupancy vehicle facilities currently being developed in Houston, Texas. Preliminary analyses of data from the first six months of the study are presented. These data include park-and-ride demands, travel times and vehicle and person demands for the three freeway corridors studied.
