In this project, Florida State University researchers worked with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) personnel to develop an automated testing tool that would be able to test any traffic controller that conforms to NCIP. In previous projects (BDK83-977-08 and BDK83-977-20), the researchers laid the groundwork for development of this testing system.
