This report, conducted by Louis Berger Group, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency to examine the feasibility of the Lota Port Integral Development Project Phase II. This report contains information on engineering and investment analysis, operation analysis, preliminary environmental review, financial analysis and opportunities for the participation of U.S. suppliers. This project has the potential to produce $12-15 million in U.S. exports, with the bulk of exports coming from dock facilities, dredging, building materials, consultant engineering services, other equipment systems and components, top lifters, reach stackers, side lifter trucks, quay cranes, port terminal tractors and trailers, yard management systems and port operations and management systems.
