The purpose of this evaluation is to assess whether countermeasures targeting the 55 MSL are effective in reducing subsequent accidents, total convictions, and 55-MSL convictions. Another purpose of the present evaluation is to extend prior research on the 'masking' incentive program. In a home instruction format, such a countermeasure has shown promising results on accidents.
