The Railroad Maintenance Management System (RAILER), a member of the Engineered Management System (EMS) family, is being developed to support installation Directorates of Engineering and Housing in managing maintenance and repair activities for railroad track networks. This report documents the successful implementation of RAILER version 2.0 at Fort Stewart, GA, as part of the Facilities Engineering Applications Program. Installation personnel found it immediately useful for railroad maintenance management decision support. (Author) (KR)
