The basic goal of this study was to determine the feasibility of developing a method or technique for predicting the utilities consumption at Naval Air Stations. This study has demonstrated that it is not currently feasible to develop a model for predicting utilities consumption at the three sample Naval Air Stations. However, results indicate that if the proper data were available, a valid and accurate electrical utilities model could be constructed. (Author)
