The model of a lunar complex consisting of 20 elements is documented. The primary purpose of this system is the production of raw material, stock, parts and assemblies for the construction of space systems, such as solar space power plants or habitats. The model is described with all its relations and assumptions, several hundreds in number. The results of a standard run considering chemical propellants only, are given for a fifty years operational period on a basis of about 275 000 Mg lunar products p.a. on an average. This lunar base has an average mass of 12 400 Mg and an average crew of 650 during its life time. The cost of individual products are given as a function of time.
