We report the first desk-top size high repetition rate (12 Hz) soft X-ray laser, consisting of a capillary discharge emitting at 46.9 nm , and saturated operation of a laser-pumped table-top 18.9 nm Ni-like Mo and its successful isoelectronic scaling to 16.5, 14.7 and 13.9 nm.
