The Rocket Thrust Vector Control (TVC) system is the key system for rocket flight direction and attitude control. Servo motor is an important execution unit of TVC. The traditional deadbeat predictive current control algorithm of TVC needs to build a complex observer for avoiding parameter sensitivity, which fails to maximize the advantages of predictive control. This paper derives a predictive current control method that directly uses voltage compensation, which reduces the amount of current loop calculations and achieves the balance between robustness and dynamics of the servo system. A 20kW aerospace servo motor based on dSPACE hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform have been tested and verified, which proves that the algorithm can maintain the stability of the system and exert better dynamic characteristics.
