With the continuous construction of subways in major cities in China, subways often need to traverse the existing railway lines above. After the subway traversed the railway above it, there will be an urgent engineering problem to be solved, which is to evaluate the soil under the existing railway. By comprehensively using the method of “microtremor exploration method plus ground penetrating radar method” to detect the subway traversing the railway section on the ground, and the ground penetrating radar method to detect the stratum above the subway tunnel, the paper has investigated whether there are underground diseases such as void or loosely infilled void in the stratum between the subway tunnel and the railway line, providing the basis for the subsequent reinforcement for underground diseases.
