With the rapid development of aviation industry, the demand for airspace is increasing, but the current airspace resources are tight and inefficient. To solve this problem, a refined analysis model of airspace resources based on Beidou grid location code is proposed in this paper. Based on the framework of Global Subdivision network, this paper proposes a three-dimensional grid model modeling method of airspace resource elements for civil aviation operation, designs the calculation method of three-dimensional airspace grid model, and explores the application scenario. It provides the possibility for the fine management of airspace resources and the optimal allocation of resources.
