The invention relates to the technical field of low-altitude airspace collaborative management, and discloses a Beidou-based low-altitude airspace collaborative management system, which comprises a general aviation aircraft monitoring system, an airborne subsystem and a ground monitoring center subsystem, the general aviation aircraft monitoring system comprises a hardware layer, a protocol layer and an application layer, and the hardware layer is used for development of a server and a portable terminal. According to the Beidou-based low-altitude airspace collaborative management system, the problems that airspace users in a low-altitude collaborative airspace cannot rapidly report flight plans and are not easy to understand flight activities of adjacent airspaces are solved, the flight safety redundancy is improved, the utilization rate of the airspace is improved, and the user experience is improved. The service requirement that an airspace service management department needs to grasp the overall operation situation of the collaborative airspace in real time is met, the development requirement of the navigation industry is met, and the method can be effectively suitable for the collaborative airspace of fusion flight for implementing low-altitude autonomous observation and avoidance on the basis of a unified airspace operation rule.

    本发明涉及低空空域协同管理技术领域,且公开了一种基于北斗的低空空域协同管理系统,包括通航飞机监视系统、机载子系统和地面监控中心子系统;其中,所述通航飞机监视系统包括硬件层、协议层和应用层,所述硬件层用于服务器与便携终端的开发。该基于北斗的低空空域协同管理系统,解决了低空协同空域内空域用户无法快速报备飞行计划,不易了解临近空域飞行活动的问题,提升了飞行安全冗余度,提高了空域的利用率,既满足空域服务管理部门需实时掌握协同空域整体运行态势的业务要求,又符合通航行业发展需要,本发明可有效适用于基于统一空域运行规则基础上,实施低空自主观察避让的融合飞行的协同空域。
