In order to improve traffic congestion and electric vehicle (EV) charging queuing, a vehicle-road-station interactive EV charging navigation strategy based on trip end orientation is proposed. A dynamic traffic network model is constructed based on the graph theory analysis method. The queue model describes the queuing charging process of the charging station. The probability statistics method is used to determine the travel situation of the car, and the vehicle-road-station interaction model is proposed. On this basis, considering the lifetime of the power battery, a charging navigation strategy is established to minimize the combined impedance from the user’s starting point to each charging station and from the charging station to the ending point and solved by the improved Dijkstra algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed navigation strategy can effectively recommend charging stations and path planning for users, shorten the charging waiting time, make the utilization of charging equipment more balanced, and alleviate the congestion of the traffic network.
