With the development of UAV technology, quadrotor UAV formation control has become an important research direction for modern UAV applications. In this paper, the control system design and formation cooperative control technology of quadrotor UAV are studied. Using the MATLAB simulation platform, a control system based on PID controller is designed to realize the stable flight and precise control of the UAV. Meanwhile, a leader-follower formation cooperative control strategy is proposed to realize coordinated movement and formation keeping among multiple UAVs through reasonable control algorithms.
