This paper introduces a family of high gain hybrid switched capacitor-inductor dc-dc circuits which can interface low voltage energy generation and storage devices with high voltage dc systems. This family of circuits can have very high boost ratio with moderate duty ratio, small turns ratio, and simple structures. Also, the voltage stress on the switches can be reduced, which enables the using of lower voltage rated switches to have lower power loss. The circuit analysis and operation principles of the proposed circuits are discussed presented in this paper. In order to verify proposed functions, a lab prototype has been assembled and the experimental results are included in this paper.
