This article designs an intelligent logistics robot using the STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the main control chip. The system uses an OpenMV camera to scan QR codes and receive tasks, sending the collected information to the main control chip. The robot is assisted by a grayscale sensor for line tracking, allowing it to move to the material extraction area. It utilizes six-degree-of-freedom servo motors to grip goods of different colors and place them in designated areas. Throughout the process, a distance measuring module assists in the robot's positioning, improving the accuracy of material gripping and unloading. Through field testing, this logistics transport robot design can scan QR codes with different contents, recognize goods of different colors, and complete different tasks based on different instructions. It solves relevant problems in actual transportation, reduces labor costs, and promotes industrial technological upgrading.
