Nowadays, the demand for autonomous vehicles, internet of things, artificial intelligence and machine learning is exponentially amplifying, which acts as a driving force for knowing about the benefits of the various technology nodes. Depending on the required specifications of product, the technology node should be chosen wisely. This paper focuses on area, power, and performance analysis comparison of 16nm and 7nm technology nodes at the block level.
