Isolated resonant switched capacitor converter (I-RSCC) reduces the amount of required switching devices by multiplexing parts switching devices. But its voltage conversion ratio and soft switching range is limited with only one phase shift time variable. Therefore, a dual phase shift control strategy is proposed to control the I-RSCC's DC capacitor voltages and output voltage simultaneously, and the output voltage range is expanded. Based on analysis of I-RSCC topology and operation principle under dual phase shift control, the output performance including output voltage conversion ratio and output power is studied. Finally, the simulation platform is built to verify the correctness of the proposed control strategy.
