In recent years., as traditional secondary airborne energy sources have progressively unified into electrical energy., leading to the development of more-electric and all-electric aircraft., exploration into hybrid electric propulsion technology for aircraft has deepened significantly. This paper first analyzes the energy flow mechanisms of six common hybrid propulsion aircraft system architectures and establishes multidisciplinary parameterized simulation models for medium-sized regional jets with hybrid electric propulsion architectures. Subsequently., based on these simulation models., a comparative analysis is conducted for different architectures under the same flight mission profiles., focusing on system weight., efficiency., fuel consumption., carbon emissions., and other relevant performance metrics., thus validating the feasibility of the established models. Finally., utilizing the parallel hybrid electric propulsion aircraft architecture and various energy strategies, the paper conducts a typical case analysis of key performance indicators for hybrid electric propulsion aircraft under different power distribution ratios during mission profiles. The research undertaken on system performance indicators, energy configuration, and optimization methods for hybrid electric propulsion aircraft based on medium-sized regional jets provides valuable theoretical guidance and practical support for the future development of electric aircraft technology.
