In recent years, due to the computerization, detection, communication, automatic control and other technologies, automatic driving technology has developed rapidly and has become a research hotspot in traditional car companies, IT companies, institutions and universities. In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing automatic driving technology in the application research of the intelligent networked vehicle simulation system, based on the discussion of the intelligent networked vehicle, the automatic driving decision-making and the automatic driving longitudinal control, this paper briefly discusses the test data acquisition and the communication methods of the intelligent networked vehicle simulation system, and constructs the intelligent networked vehicle real vehicle in the loop twin simulation system. A method of weekly vehicle behavior recognition and trajectory prediction based on automatic driving technology is proposed. The experimental data show that the trajectory prediction error of the single-layer LSTM network proposed in this paper is only 0.16 and 0.47 in the vertical and horizontal directions, respectively, which is more accurate than the other two methods.
