Don scientists developed switched reluctance drives for Russian Navy fleet. Main propulsion motor (power 2 MW, rotation speed 200 rpm) for sea rescue tug boat; set of auxiliary switched reluctance drives (power from 1.1 kW to 32.5 kW) for hoists, pumps and compressors of diesel electric submarine Project 677 (code “Lada”); mockup sample of integrated inductor electric drive for subwater apparatus (power 15 kW, rotation speed 4000 rpm) are presented.
