The dielectric properties of solid and liquid specimens have been acquired using millimeter and submillimeter wave polarizing interferometers. Dielectric data for benzene, cyclohexane, 1,4 dioxane, delrin, polyethylene, and sapphire from 100 to 600 GHz is presented. The results can be used to examine molecular properties of the specimens.
