Dielectric relaxation behavior of binary polar mixture (jk) of methyl methacrylate(MMA) and ethyl methacrylate (EMA) with phenol mixed in nonpolar solvent(i)carbon tetrachloride (CCU) at 350C is investigated by measuring the conductivity of the solutions at high frequency electric fleld(9.37 GHz) incorporating Debye theory. Calculated relaxation time (τjk’s) and dipole moment (µjk’s) satisfactorily match with the reported values indicating the applicability of proposed method. Solute-solvent and solute-solute molecular associations are predicted in different molecular environments. The associational aspects are also ascertained by considering inductive, mesomeric and electromeric effects within the molecules. Molecular dynamics of the system is predicted from estimated energy parameters using Eyring rate theory.
