The railroad industry has experienced significant and rapid growth, indicating promising prospects. However,the safe and efficient operation of railroad transportation relies heavily on train dispatchers, with their fatigue levels playing a crucial role in ensuring overall safety. This research aims to identify user requirements and design a customized interface for analyzing train dispatcher fatigue. A usability testing is conducted to validate the effectiveness of the interactive interface. Based on user feedback, an iterative improvement process is implemented to improve the interface. This research focuses specifically on railroad dispatchers, delving deep into the complex dynamics of the fatigue state analysis process. As a result, this research offers valuable insights for the monitoring and analysis of fatigue in the railroad dispatching domain.
