With the popularity of various intelligent terminals, the massive access of 5G/6G wireless communication, explosive growth of data, communication capacity demands have increased significantly, how to further promote the cellular frequency reuse is an important issue faced by operators. The proximity service (prose) proposed by Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) is a new technology that allows LTE terminals to communicate directly through sharing cell network resources without infrastructure. It can improve spectrum efficiency of the communication system, and reduce power consumption. But at present, there is very few application of proximity service in vertical industry, which is mainly attributed to two reasons: 1. Lack of effective incentive mechanism to drive users to share network resources; 2. Lack of secure and fair solution to realize network resource sharing in the mistrust and weak trust environment. In order to solve these two problems and improve the efficiency of proximity service communication resource sharing, this paper proposes a technical scheme of prose resource sharing based on blockchain. First of all, based on the research progress of proximity service, a technology scheme of prose resource sharing based on blockchain is proposed. Then, the specific use case of the scheme in mobile communication scenario is analyzed, and the corresponding incentive mechanism is designed. Finally, the future research direction of the scheme is proposed including designing edge computing nodes, and considering the security enhancement solution with TEE.
