In order to strengthen the efficient connection of different levels of rail transit systems, the municipal railway should be integrated into the urban rail transit system to achieve resource sharing of infrastructure and interconnection in terms of operation services, which is an important development direction for the networked operation of multi-level rail transit. Based on the concept of channel resource sharing, the impact of cross-line operation on the carrying capacity of the municipal railway under different schemes and the operating conditions of cross-line trains in the city are studied. With the lowest passenger travel time cost and enterprise cost as the optimization objective, the optimization model of the operation plan is constructed by combining the analysis of passenger travel choice and interchange behavior. The feasibility of the model is verified by combining the analysis with arithmetic examples.
