The strong robustness of sliding mode variable structure makes it has been widely used in AC servo system, but the chattering of sliding mode variable structure itself can bring great damage to the motor and shorten its service life. In this paper, an integral sliding mode variable structure controller is designed by using the theory of synovial variable structure, and a continuous smooth saturation function is used to replace the discontinuous sign function. To achieve the purpose of the tracking signal and weaken chattering. The simulation results show the effectiveness of this method.
