The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) has provided Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) services to global users. However, in military confrontations, satellite constellations often face various scenarios of failure, including interference, deception, and attacks. It is crucial to analyze the performance of navigation services in satellite failure conditions. It is imperative to simulate satellite failure scenarios and investigate the navigation and positioning performance of global satellite systems under partial satellite failures caused by interference observations. Additionally, it is necessary to analyze the impact of different satellite failure scenarios on the navigation performance. Results show that as the number of satellite failures increases, the positioning accuracy and the number of visible satellites decrease. In the case of BDS-3/GPS, the change in navigation performance is superior to that of BDS-3 alone.
