This paper provides real-time reference model for the aircraft navigation system. The navigation function has been partitioned into goals and sub goals, each is assigned to a common structure process and executed on separate processing unit. That makes each process perform its specific calculations perfectly in a predictable execution time. The processes are linked in hierarchical architecture providing administration as a big organization. The implemented simulation prove that the proposed model are valid.
