In this paper, we have used advisor software to compare the performance of fuel cell-powered vehicle (FCPV) in various drive cycles. CYC_UDDS, CYC_NYCC, CYC_FTP - US EPA Federal Test Procedure and CYC_INRETS - INRETS - New European Drive Cycle, are the four drive cycles that we have compared this time then we have introduced 'CYC_INDIA_URBAN_SAMPLE' drive cycle and obtain the performance efficiency of FCPV in Indian scenario. The performance-related concerns with this vehicle are discussed in this paper. The study is carried out by the authors using the MATLAB/Simulink program Advanced Vehicle Simulator (ADVISOR). The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), industry partners, and other partners worked with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to create this software, which aims to be a sophisticated yet user-friendly tool that provides a multitude of options for configuring a specific type of vehicle. All vehicle types can now be simulated using the software, including hybrids (series or parallel), pure electric, fuel cell, and traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. Aspects of the vehicle type configuration, potential component or control logic changes, and the implications of the simulation results are all explained by the authors throughout the paper.
