To provide a fuel-cell-powered industrial vehicle that can prevent a filling nozzle from becoming disconnected from a filling plug during a filling nozzle insertion process.SOLUTION: A forklift detection mechanism 45 includes: a bracket 51 to which a filling plug 36 is attached; a nozzle contact member 61 with which a filling nozzle 41 contacts when the filling nozzle 41 is inserted into the filling plug 36 and which is supported by the bracket 51 movably in a direction of insertion of the filling nozzle 41; a sensor operating member 66 that operates a limit switch 91 along with movement of the nozzle contact member 61 in the direction of insertion; and a plurality of guide members 71 that is integrated with the nozzle contact member 61 and extends in the insertion direction from the nozzle contact member 61 towards the bracket 51. The guide members 71 are inserted through the bracket 51. The bracket 51 supports the guide members 71 in a movable manner in the insertion direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
