Connected and Automated (CA) buses are perceptively put into public transportation service in near future, which creates a new mixed flow of CA-buses, CA-cars, and unconnected human-driven vehicles (HV). To capture vehicle behaviors and traffic dynamics, a novel mixed Connected and Automated Vehicle, Connected and Automated Bus and Human-driven Vehicles traffic flow model is proposed. Based on the framework of the new mixed flow, a close-formed queue-based macroscopic model is formulated. The accuracy of the proposed model is verified by using the simulated data.
