Since LNG tanks transport flammable and explosive liquids, there are many affected factors and are prone to safety accidents, among which rollover accounts for a large proportion of LNG tank container vehicle transportation accidents and may cause serious consequences, so it is necessary to study the causes and risk control of LNG tank container transport vehicle rollover accidents. The causative factors of LNG road transport vehicle rollover accident are listed and analyzed in detail, the mechanism of speed on rollover accident is clarified, and it is proposed that the safe speed can be studied in combination with factors such as road alignment, a safe vehicle speed model can be established, and risk control measures can be formulated from the aspect of speed management, which can effectively ensure the safety of LNG road transport. In this paper, a fixed model is selected, the TruckSim software is used to build a model of LNG tank transporter dynamics, and the situation of LNG tank container transporter driving under different loads is selected, and the different speed passage of LNG tank container transporter is simulated, according to the analysis results, it is necessary to slow down in advance when driving to a sharp bend with a small circular curve radius to reduce the occurrence of rollover accidents.
